This location does not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of your consultation.
For new patients, please make sure that the paperwork is filled out before 9:00am the day of your consultation, otherwise you will be considered a no-show and your consultation will be canceled unless you have contacted the office.
Currently Accepting New Patients
For your first consultation, Dr. Brody will do a complete naturopathic intake, physical exam, and treatment protocol. Afterward, we will order lab tests. If you have any older lab tests from (within the last year), please bring these in.
Please note that after your consultation has been booked, paperwork will be sent out electronically in the form of questionnaires through ChARM. If this paperwork is not done by 9:00 am the day of your consultation, we will assume that you are not attending and your consultation will be canceled. If you still show up, your consultation is still cancelled but you will be provided the paperwork to fill out.
Questionnaires
For every consultation, Dr. Brody sends out a questionnaire that asks for some information that he can use to give you a more effective and efficient visit. For a patient’s first visit, we do send out a few more forms that need to be filled out before your consultation. We do ask that the questionnaire gets filled out in advance, that way Dr. Brody can go over your answers and provide you with a personalized consultation!
