
Lisa Sullivan, MS, CNS, CDN, is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist who utilizes an integrative, evidence-based approach to help patients achieve lasting improvements in health and wellness. She believes nutrition is a powerful tool to support healing, optimize health, and enhance overall well-being, and is committed to creating personalized, sustainable strategies tailored to each patient’s lifestyle.
Recognizing that health extends beyond nutrition alone, Lisa incorporates lifestyle factors including movement and exercise, stress management, mindfulness practices, and sleep quality into individualized care plans. She helps patients move beyond restrictive or fad-based approaches and develop realistic habits that support long-term wellness.
Lisa works alongside Dr. Brody, providing nutrition support for patients with digestive disorders while also specializing in weight management and women’s health. She takes a functional, whole-person approach to help patients identify and address underlying contributors impacting their health.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion. She also has specialized training in plant-based culinary nutrition and is a certified yoga instructor.
When not in the office, you can find Lisa practicing yoga, exploring local farmers markets, or on the sidelines at her children’s sporting events.
