Insurances We Accept
We currently accept the following insurance providers:
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Aetna
- Husky (Dr. Ferraro only).
We are currently unable to accept Medicare. If Medicare is your primary insurance, please choose the “Out of State” option. Please note that there are plans with Aetna and Anthem that run through Medicare. If you have one of these plans, they will not be covered.
Our contract with UnitedHealthcare expired on February 8th, 2024. Our contract with ConnectiCare expired on June 1st, 2024.
If your insurance company is not listed, we can still accept you as a new patient. We offer discounted out-of-pocket rates.

For your first naturopathic doctor appointment, our physicians will conduct a comprehensive intake, physical exam, and treatment plan. If you have any lab tests from within the last year you would like us to reference, please bring these in.
Please note that after your appointment has been booked, paperwork will be sent out electronically in the form of questionnaires through ChARM. Please complete the online questionnaires before the day of your appointment so your physician has time to review your specific needs.
Before Your Appointment – Intake Questionnaires
To make your naturopathic doctor appointment as effective as possible, please complete your online questionnaires ahead of time. This allows our doctors to review your information thoroughly and prepare a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
In many cases, the questionnaires also help with insurance coverage. For telemedicine, the intake forms are required by the insurance companies.
Filling out the questionnaires before your appointment helps maximize your time with the doctor and ensures you get the most out of your visit. Please complete the forms sent to you through ChARM before your appointment.
Directions – We’re Located in Newtown, CT
84 West and 84 East: Take Exit 11, and make a left off the exit ramp at the light. You will continue up the hill after it splits into two lanes and merges back together. You will continue straight through an intersection with a stoplight, with the Reed Intermediate School on your right and Fairfield Hills on your left. After the intersection, there will be a small hill and you will pass a side street on the right. We are in the plaza on the right directly after this side street, about halfway up the hill.
The entrance to our plaza is before the traffic light. Our office entrance is facing the street, and there is parking available on the sides and back of the building.
We currently have the pleasure of sharing our office with the Everwonder Children’s Museum.
