Beginning in the winter of 2022, Dr. Brody is no longer working a shift at the medical clinic of the School of Naturopathic Medicine at the University of Bridgeport School. Instead, Dr. Brody will be opening his doors at Personalized Natural Medicine.
Patients who saw Dr. Brody at the University of Bridgeport will be able to see Dr. Brody at a discounted rate. He will be available alongside one of his residents to go over lab results and create treatment plans. Specific services, such as the microbiome analysis, the Hydrogen and Methane Breath Test, and the DNA analysis will still have their additional out-of-pocket fee.
University of Bridgeport patients will be required to sign a record release to allow the University to fax over any labs and chart notes to Dr. Brody. This will allow for a direct continuation of care and will save both time and money for the patients.
Dr. Brody will be accompanied by either a resident or a student during these appointments who will assist him. Their duties will include going over labwork, providing the physical exam, and answering questions. However, any and all treatment plans will still be provided by Dr. Brody, who will be overseeing each appointment.
At the moment, the only available appointments for University of Bridgeport patients are Monday afternoons and Friday mornings. However, there is potential for expanded hours based on need and availability.
