If you are interested in adding on acupuncture or manual adjustments to your treatment, please allow for an additional 15 – 30 minutes.
Do you take insurance?
Naturopathic medical services in Connecticut are covered by most major medical insurers. Please check with your provider. We do accept most insurances. However, there are some that we don’t. Please contact the Front Office Manager to learn more.
Most labs ordered by Dr. Brody are covered by your insurance company. Dr. Brody prefers Quest Labs but will use others when warranted.
Note: Patients over 65 years will not be able to use their insurance to cover their visits with Dr. Brody. All Naturopathic Physicians in the country are not able to accept the insurance of patients who are on Medicare due to federal regulations. If you are interested in changing this, please ask Dr. Brody for more information.
What payment types do you take?
Payment is expected at the time of services rendered. Methods of payment include check, cash, or credit cards, such as Mastercard, or Visa. Your Co-Pay is due at the time of service. Any supplements or programs used (SWAMI, OPUS, Utopia) prescribed will be an additional cost. Supplements can also be purchased online.
Please note: If you do not have a reference number from your insurance provider stating that your plan covers Naturopathic Medicine, you will be charged for the full appointment and reimbursed later for any costs your plan does cover.
